Hi Tod. Hope you're well. I'm going to try and answer these questions without trying to think too hard.

Postscript: I couldn't answer many of these questions. They are interesting questions because they are so loaded with presumptions. I assume that this is part of the project?

These questions make me angry…

How's Georgia?

What dream do you remember most vividly? What message do you think it bears?

The ones that I write down. Dreams are not secrets or mysteries. Instead they are very very simple. If I'm scared in the dream I am scared in real life. If I need to pee in the dream I wake up and piss.

Why don’t you listen to what the universe or your mind or your body or your god whispers ever more closely to you?

I don't want to write the answer to this question because it's premise assumes something about me that isn't true and to meet this question half way would require that I go towards a direction that at this moment I am not interested in going towards. Today is not a day for self-flagellation.

If you could, what gift that is impossible for you to give would you offer and to whom? Why this specific gift to this specific person or persons?

Syntax Error.

Describe a person you love. How would you know them without their face?

I love my mother. Her voice.

How did you first know you were in love and what makes you unsure of it?

I assume you're talking about romantic love. It was a strange and powerful feeling, comparable to a drug high or being on mushrooms. Giddy. If you're talking about a greater love, love for one's family or the world, strangers, etc. I think we're always "in" it.

What besides love do you doubt and what makes you doubt it?

I doubt myself, others, politicians, bankers, students, people in general. I think what makes me doubt things are my expectations.

In what way have you betrayed or disappointed yourself or others? In what way have you been betrayed or disappointed?

I don't want to spend time thinking about what I think you're asking. Again, the presumptions in this question out weigh anything I might have to add. Why not just write an essay about what you think?

What are the parameters of your small world? How do you decide where to draw the line, where to focus your energies, what to give your attention and time to? What, if anything, do you do to enlarge it? If nothing, why not?

Again, I have trouble getting over word choice.

Why aren’t you more involved in trying to better the world of others?

I do what I can. Get off my back. Is this interview over yet?
